The objective of this document is to provide partners in social dialogue in Republika Srpska with useful information and an analysis of a range of subjects related to the dialogue on wages and their future trends.
In 2014, the private household health care spending of a family with three members averaged 50 KM monthly, which may pose a serious burden for the families living below or near poverty line. It indicates a certain degree of inequality in access to health care services among the citizens of BiH.
Association GEA from Banja Luka (Bosnia and Herzegovina) has been selected to participate at Civil Society Forum Trieste, the 4thintergovernmental Summit of Western Balkans and EU countries that brought together representatives of civil society organisations with the objective of providing a platform for their impact on the so-called Berlin Process.

During July and August, right before the beginning of local elections campaign, GEA organized consultations with Banja Luka mayor runners. The consultations were aimed at opening a dialogue about necessary changes in the City budget policy in the upcoming period and at directing candidates’ campaign to real problems in the functioning of city administration.
B&H is one of the countries with the highest economic inequality in Europe and the region. FYR Macedonia is maybe the only country with higher inequality than B&H.
Center for Research and Studies GEA made an analysis on how the foreign debt of the Republic of Srpska affects revenues of cities and municipalities and cities.
